Does Jamcast increment the play count for tracks files that are streamed?
Also, do play lists support using that play count to exclude tracks?
Thanks!

Hi ObiQuiet!
Jamcast will increment the play count internally, and this is used only to determine the contents of the "Most Popular Tracks" auto-playlist.
Were you possibly referring to a play count tag in the track metadata within the file itself?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Here's what I'm trying to achieve:
I have auto playlists in WMP and/or iTunes, that exclude files (like podcasts) that have been heard.
I have a Roku SoundBridge, which can't update the play count itself with either of those two servers.
I'd like to be able to use a play list to choose tracks on the SoundBridge and then, because they've been played, have them omitted from the play list the next time.
I think that if the Jamcast server kept the count somewhere (doesn't really matter where) and supported auto playlists, this would work. Does that make sense, or am I going about it the wrong way?
Thanks!
